David has lived in the beautiful environment of Mount Maunganui for the past 20 years.
Originally from a country background, he found it very easy to slip into the lifestyle enjoying the Mount, the beach and all it offers.

While selling residential and rural properties David was invited to become involved in larger projects in the real estate industry.
Selling 21 Apartments at 48 Marine Parade-the Vivaldi Complex.
Selling 30 Apartments on Maunganui Road-the Eleven Complex.

With these two projects David was asked to live on site during the sales process. This allowed him time to become familiar with the Marine Parade and downtown Maunganui Road environments.

More recently David was offered the opportunity to become involved with subdivisions in Papamoa.
Selling over 200 sections in the Coast Papamoa Beach subdivision. This involved Beach front sections, residential sections, a commercial site and a commercial building.
Selling 55 sections for the Manawa Development.
Selling 35 sections for the Summerset Development.

His wife Kathy became involved during the selling of the sections at Coast Papamoa Beach. She worked as his PA meeting and greeting prospective buyers and ensuring a smooth journey through such a large project for the Vendors. She has since become a fully qualified Sales Consultant for Harcourts.

During the period of working in the larger projects they were always involved in selling private residential properties.

Working together they bring experience, knowledge and credibility in the industry and a commitment to ensure vendors and buyers needs are met.

Don’t hesitate to contact David, he and Kathy are friendly, approachable and keen to work with you. This team would welcome the opportunity to discuss your next real estate move confidentially.
