Taking care of all aspects of healthy homes – ensuring the properties we manage are compliant and arranging the works in liaison with the owner and the property manager is just one of the many tasks that Jessica undertakes for our team.

Compliance is another key task for Jessica, ensuring our tradesmen meet the contractor requirements in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, assisting with onboarding of new clients and undertaking ingoing inspections on our properties allows our property managers to focus on the day-to-day management which provides assurance for our clients that we meet not only the Residential Tenancies Act but all other relevant legislation in owing an investment property.
