Sue Brinkley

Growing up at Makorori Beach in Gisborne and spending time in Auckland, Sue settled in Mt Maunganui in 2003 and brings many years of experience to Harcourts.
Sue’s down to earth attitude, friendly nature and excellent communication and organisational skills allows Sue to succeed in the fast-paced world of property management and makes her great at building relationships. Sue understands the importance of looking after clients, managing their expectations and keeping them informed, which is key for all parties to a tenancy to ensure they feel confident in the service being provided to them.
Having been in property management since 2006, Sue brings a strong skill set to our team. Attention to detail is a key aspect in managing a portfolio and Sue makes this an essential part of her daily work which helps her maintain a higher level of effectiveness and service, this means clients feel valued and can rely on her to act in their best interests and remain compliant in their obligations, with the stress removed.
