Abbey began her property management career in 2015 and has been managing properties in the Bay of Plenty since 2021, giving her a strong understanding of both the regional market and the expectations of local property owners. She started her career in Christchurch, where she managed a complex portfolio in the post-earthquake environment — experience that developed her confidence, technical capability, and ability to navigate challenging situations with ease.

Abbey thrives on the diverse and fast-paced nature of property management. She enjoys the variety the role brings and takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service. Known for her calm and
steady approach, she works hard to ensure that every tenancy runs smoothly and
that both owners and tenants feel supported throughout the process.

Outside of work, Abbey enjoys spending time at the beach, walking up the Mount, and working on her golf swing. She values balance, connection, and the outdoors — all of which inspire her to deliver exceptional service every day.
