Jennifer has been involved in property management since 2013, gaining valuable experience in portfolio management. In her role as Property Management Assistant / Administrator, she plays a vital part in supporting the property management team. Jennifer completes detailed ingoing inspections, providing a second set of eyes during tenancy changes to ensure accurate and thorough property condition reports. She also assists with a range of administrative and compliance tasks within the department, giving owners confidence that their properties meet all legislative requirements and allowing our property managers to focus on managing their portfolios effectively.
