Born and bred in the Tauranga area, Kim is very passionate about the region and its development. Tauranga has grown over the years into an attractive, large city with immense opportunities booming for both business and lifestyle.

Getting involved in the real estate industry in 1999 was the start of an exciting career for Kim. Since 2003 Kim has proudly been associated with Harcourts Advantage Realty, and has gained an excellent understanding of all facets of real estate, including property management, sales, marketing, advertising and administration.

Kim’s role as Property Manager, in this award winning team, has been enhanced by her knowledge of the administration and property management accounting procedures, and from the skills gained being Property Management Assistant to other Managers for two years leading up to this transition. Having been a landlord herself Kim understands the dedication and commitment our clients are looking for, and is always acting in their best interests and achieving the best results possible.
