Nigel Martin is the managing director and business owner of Harcourts, Advantage Realty Limited, which operates 5 Harcourts offices across Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, Papamoa and surrounding Western Bay of Plenty townships.
The business is owned and operated by the Martin family with Nigel and his brother Simon Martin at the helm of the company. Together they employ over 100 staff across their 5 offices, specialising in residential sales, rural/lifestyle sales, commercial sales/leasing and residential property management.
The Martin Family have been in business together with the Harcourts franchise for over 25 years.
Nigel’s focus is always on providing a high level of support to his staff and ensuring a great team culture exists within the business, this in-turn helps his team to provide the very best real estate experience to their clients and customers.
