About Jo-ellen Masters
Jo-ellen joined Team Theo bringing a diverse and varied background with experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, qualified Real Estate Agent, Marketing Manager, Au Pair and administrative professional. With over five years’ experience working within the Real Estate Industry and a passion for people at the heart of what she does, Jo-ellen supports Team Theo to provide open, clear, effective channels of communication to ensure high client satisfaction.Jo-ellen’s enthusiasm and dedication for client care are her core strengths along with her exceptional organizational skills. She prides herself on being adaptable and flexible to changing requirements. Jo-ellen obtained her real estate license in March 2016 to gain further understanding of the buying and selling process to ensure she was able to deliver the best results to clients as possible.
A passionate traveller and culture seeker, Jo-ellen grew up in Cambridge, then at 17 spent a year abroad in Chile which fuelled her desire to explore the world further. She has since lived in Australia, Wellington, and most recently New York. Jo-ellen now calls the Mount home and loves the lifestyle and all that the Mount represents.
She is a bright, outgoing and approachable person and enjoys meeting and developing relationships with a wide range of people and aspires to positively impact whomever she connects with.
